In case of errors, login trouble or other problems, it is possible for a license admin and a extended supporter to submit a paper (saved as a PDF on e.g. a USB-pen) on behalf of the student.
- Log in as a manager and extend the deadline on the specific flow or for the specific participant.
- Log in as the specific student and upload/submit the paper in the specific flow.
- Log in as an manager again and change the deadline back to the original date/time.
If the flow is of the FLOWlock-type, use the same procedure, but upload the local copy of the paper from FLOWlock instead.
