When it is allowed for you as a participant to hand in as a part of a group, it will be clearly stated in the middle of the participant view: "You need to be in a group in order to hand in, also if you hand in as an individual".
Note: If you want to hand in individually, you will have to choose "Create one-person group".
Forming a group for a group hand in
- Click "Form group"
- Name your group. If the examination is anonymous (set by the manager) it will not be visible to the assessor.
- Search for other participants that you want to add to your group
All invited group members have to either accept or decline your invitation in order for you to hand in.
If a group member, for some reason, does not accept or decline the invitation, or the invitation has to be withdrawn, this can be done by pressing the button by the member with a pending invitation and choosing "Remove from group". This can also be done for already accepted group members.
If the group form Group paper has been chosen, this will be visible to you under your group name. This group form means you will only have to submit once on behalf of the entire group. All current group members will have access to either submit or withdraw this submission.
If the group form Individual group paper has been chosen, this will be visible at the same place. This group form means each group member has to submit their individual paper while still being part of a group.
Hand in the paper using the button as usual (See When the "Hand in"-button is inaccessible for more).
