The reviewer role is a separate module added to the license. Reviewers are essentially assessors without the option and obligation to send in a final assessment. Furthermore, reviewers have access to all participants of a flow in Annotate and therefore, they do not have to be assigned.
Note: As both the role Assessor and Reviewer use the Annotate tool to assess or review participant hand ins, friction between the privileges of the two roles can create problems when users are assigned as both reviewer and assessor to the same flow. Therefore, we always suggest that managers refrain from assigning the same user to both roles on a flow.
As the manager you can add reviewers to your flow using the following steps.
- On the flow page, go to the Associates pane. Press Add reviewer and search for reviewers on your license.
Note: In order to add them they have to have the role "Reviewer" assigned to them by a license administrator.
- Search for the reviewer by name and press Add.
- When the reviewer has been added they will be listed at the bottom. Press Save.
