This is a guide for you as a participant enrolled in a FLOWmulti exam.
FLOWmulti is the name of the module in WISEflow which handles multiple-choice exams. These can be conducted with or without the use of the FLOWlock browser. Please remember to download and install the FLOWlock browser before the exam.
You can also try FLOWmulti before the exam. Go to Edit profile > System Requirements > Demonstration of FLOWlock Multi. Be sure to read the general guide regarding FLOWlock to be prepared if something happens during the exam.
General information regarding FLOWmulti
Your answers will be saved continuously during the FLOWmulti exam both in the regular browser and the FLOWlock browser.
You can "flag" a question during the examination by pressing the flag in the right column:
This makes it easy to access the question at a later point in time during your examination by pressing the overview right below the flag. This will also give you an overview of which questions you have already answered by showing these in a grey colour:
Lost internet connection
If you experience a loss of internet connection during your examination contact the examination invigilator. You can carry on with your test, but you have to restore the internet connection in order to hand in your submission through WISEflow. If time runs out before an internet connection has been restored, you can still hand in your submission once the internet connection is restored. You can try connecting a wired internet connection through an ethernet-cable.
As a last resort, or as a safety measure, you can download a local copy of your submission by pressing Download paper which appears in the case that no internet connection is detected. This local copy can be uploaded as your final hand-in if it is impossible to restore a connection.
