As the licence administrator of your licence, you have access to the licence notifications where you can change the content of the standard notifications. The notifications you can make changes to are sent in relation to activation of flow, missing hand-in, assessor start or missing assessments among many others.
You can add institution specific information, dynamic fields with additional information or just make your licence notifications more personal.
Where to find the licence notifications

At the top of the page, you can choose which notification you want to change and for what language. Below this, you will find a short description of when this notification is sent and what the notification subject is. You cannot change the notification subject.
Below these settings, the notification is shown. You can change the text and insert dynamic fields from the right. When you have made your changes, you can "save" or "cancel" at the top of the page where you also chose which notification you wanted to alter.
