Reassessments work much the same as normal assessments of participants. For an assessor to assess in a reassessment flow, there will be a few differences to the way the flows look, so it is possible to distinguish a reassessment from a normal flow.
For Assessors, they will have a small icon on top of the green arrow indicating the assessment period has started. This along with the "Reassessment flow" label next to the name of the flow, is to make assessors aware, that this is the Reassessment flow they have been assigned to.
When on the flowpage of the reassessment, everything will look like a normal flow except for 2 minor differences.
- Instead of displaying the time, from start to finish, of the assessment period, it now displays the deadline of the currently nearest non-assessed reassessment of your assigned participants. This means you can now see the nearest deadline approaching from the flowpage.
- If you have been assigned more than one participant, you will be able to see how many you have assessed out of how many you have been assigned.
The actual reassessment works like it would normally, by using the assessor tool and mark overview. To see more about these, follow this link: Assessing papers from the assessor page
