There may be cases where you are asked to provide log files from a participants FLOWlock browser in order for UNIwise to investigate the issue further. And this guide will help you get them.
How to get the log files on Windows
Open the file explorer and navigate to the following folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Respondus
Make sure you replace USERNAME with the username on the computer. And you may have to write the path manually as the AppData folder is hidden per default. When you are at the right place it will look like this:
How to get the log files on Mac
Open Finder and choose "Go" -> "Go to folder" or use SHIFT + COMMAND + G, this will open a dialog where you enter the following: ~/Library/Application Support/LockDown Browser OEM/
From here you need to zip all the files in the folder. This zip file should be given to one of your license administrators, who will then forward it to UNIwise for further investigation.
