When creating a flow, it is possible to make participants and internal assessors anonymous in the flow. External assessors are however always anonymous to participants.
To add your participants as anonymous to the assessors in the flow, go to the basic settings tab in the flow and look under Details for a drop-down next to Anonymous participants.
The drop-down menu will show you a few alternative ID's for the participants, instead of their names.
The assessor will now only be able to see the following:
This way, the assessors will not be able to tell by name which participant is which, ensuring anonymity for the participant.
To make the assessors anonymous to the participants, a checkbox can be checked, found in the same tab under Details next to Anonymous internal assessors.
This option removes the internal assessors info under Flow information for the participant in the flow.
Participants and/or assessors will now appear anonymous on the flow.
If you also want the Managers to become anonymous on flows, you can contact your license administrator, as they can change that for you.
