Users with The licence administrator role can view and download statistics relating to flow activity on their WISEflow licence.
The Licence Statistics feature enables the viewing of statistics for one or more flows, and also comparisons between two or more flows.
To access the Licence Statistics feature:
Click on the Licence administration tab and then the Licence overview sub-tab. Then click on the Licence statistics button (see screen grab below).
The Licence Statistics page is separated into three sections.
1. Select date interval
The Select date interval area is where you can specify the period for which you would like to view statistics. You can also choose which information you would like to have visible such as:
- Participation period starting and/or ending
- Select between the available flow types.
When you make a change in the Select date interval section, the information will change in both the Summary and Flow activity in interval sections.
2. Summary
This section displays a pie chart depicting the number of participants (starting and/or ending within the chosen date interval) for each of the chosen flow types. Hovering on the coloured segments will reveal the number of participants and the flow type.
3. Flow activity in interval
This section shows flow activity in a histogram with participants (starting and/or ending) by date (days).
Clicking on a specific date column will reveal a list of the flows with activity on that particular date.
For each listed flow you can access the flow as the manager who originally created it by clicking on the Log in as manager and view the flow button (see #1 on image above).
You can also use the checkboxes (see #2 on image above) to select a flow, or several flows, and then click on the Calculate detailed statistics button (see #3 on image above). This will open a floating window where you can see statistics on participant activation, marks/grades and hand-in status for the selected flow(s).
Statistics data can be exported from several places within the Licence Statistics area.
Wherever it is possible to export data, a button titled Export to CSV will be visible in the bottom right of the relevant window.
The exported file contains the statistics data but does not include any of the visual graphs.
