The licence administrator has the ability to setup rooms. These rooms can be booked for flows and the licence administrator can oversee all room bookings. Please note that allocation of participants to booked rooms can only be done via an integration.
As a Licence Administrator, navigate to the Rooms tab.
- A list of all rooms that have been registered to the WISEflow system. From the list you can overview, modify, deactivate and delete rooms.
- Overview Room bookings.
- Create new/Register room to the licence.
